How we handle data about you on the marketing site, and how that's separate from the data inside an Atlas or Argus deployment.
What This Covers
This statement covers seifertdynamics.com and the public-facing channels we operate (Request A Conversation, Contact, Security Disclosure, careers/partners/press email aliases).
It does not cover operational data inside an Atlas or Argus deployment. That data is processed under your deployment-specific terms and stays inside your boundary — Seifert Dynamics has no platform-side telemetry that exfiltrates tenant data.
What We Collect
When you submit a form, we collect what you give us — name, email, organization, and the message body. We do not require demographic information.
We log standard server access information (IP, user agent, request path, timestamp) for security and reliability. These logs are rotated and retained for 90 days unless a specific incident extends the window.
How We Use It
Form submissions route to the team channel mapped to that form. We reply to you, and — if you become a customer or partner — we record the engagement in our internal CRM.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not feed form submissions into ad platforms. We do not enrich submissions against external data brokers.
How We Share
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
We share information with service providers (email, hosting, internal CRM) under standard confidentiality and security obligations, and only as needed to operate those services. We require providers to delete or return personal data at the end of the engagement.
We may disclose information if compelled by law. Where permitted, we will notify you first and challenge overbroad requests.
Your Rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data you submitted to us. Email privacy@seifertdynamics.com and we respond within 30 days.
Residents of California, the EU/UK, and other jurisdictions with statutory privacy rights have the protections those laws afford, even if not specifically listed here. We will not retaliate against the exercise of a statutory right.
Children
The marketing site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
